Celvion Stack is licensed through the App Store and these terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA. Mandatory law and the Apple Standard EULA take precedence where applicable.
1. Application and Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Celvion Stack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) for App Store downloads. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and the Apple Standard EULA take precedence.
2. Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the app provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Celvion Stack on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms. The app is licensed, not sold.
3. Features and Processing Results
Celvion Stack provides photo stacking, RAW decoding, editing, denoising, and super-resolution tools. Algorithms, camera-file differences, device capability, and your settings can affect results. AI enhancement may introduce over-smoothing, edge artifacts, or incorrect detail; inspect results at useful magnification before saving or sharing.
The app does not guarantee support for every RAW format, color configuration, image size, or device combination, and does not warrant that results are suitable for professional publishing, evidentiary preservation, scientific measurement, or any other particular purpose. Keep important originals and independent backups.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
- You retain the rights you lawfully hold in photos, files, and processed results. The app provider does not obtain ownership of that content merely because you use on-device processing.
- You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to import, process, save, and share content, and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, and other applicable laws.
- Exported files may retain source metadata. Review the file, its quality, and its metadata before public sharing or use in a sensitive context.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the app to create, process, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content.
- Do not bypass security restrictions, interfere with normal operation, or reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not misuse a third party’s name, trademark, or identity, or imply endorsement by model authors or open-source contributors.
6. Third-Party and Open-Source Components
The app includes or uses third-party open-source software and machine-learning models. Those components are also governed by their respective licenses. Full notices are available in the app under About → Open Source & Model Licenses and on the licenses page. Third-party names identify sources only and do not imply endorsement of Celvion Stack.
7. Updates, Compatibility, and Changes
The app or individual features may be updated, changed, or discontinued for security, compatibility, performance, legal, or product reasons. Some AI features require a compatible iOS version, device resources, and model files. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the same features are not guaranteed indefinitely on every older device or operating-system version.
8. Maintenance and Support
The app provider, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support for Celvion Stack. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or technical support for the app. Support is available through the support page.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Celvion Stack is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file, or capable of producing a particular visual result. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the app, failed processing, failure to keep original backups, or inappropriate export or sharing settings. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Termination
Your license may terminate if you materially violate these terms. On termination, stop using and delete the app. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and third-party licenses that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
12. Changes to These Terms
The app provider may update these terms and their effective date to reflect feature, legal, or distribution changes. Material changes will be presented in the app in an appropriate manner. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires separate consent.
