Operational logs remain in the app sandbox and are not sent automatically. Your source photos and processed results are not uploaded to a developer server.

Why can’t I select or import a photo?为什么无法选择或导入照片？

Confirm that the file uses a supported format and is fully downloaded from iCloud or your file provider. If you use Apple Photos, check Celvion Stack’s Photos access in iOS Settings. Some camera-specific RAW variants may not be decoded by the current iOS version.

Why is the AI option unavailable?为什么 AI 选项不可用？

Core ML AI models require iOS or iPadOS 18 or later, compatible device resources, and an available model file. When AI is unavailable, Celvion Stack can fall back to Core Image noise reduction, sharpening, and scaling.

Core ML AI 模型需要 iOS 或 iPadOS 18 及以上版本、兼容的设备资源和可用模型文件。AI 不可用时，Celvion Stack 可自动使用 Core Image 降噪、锐化与缩放方案。

Processing stopped or the app ran out of memory. What should I do?处理停止或内存不足，应该怎么办？

Close other memory-intensive apps, keep the device cool and connected to power, confirm enough free storage, and retry with fewer or smaller source frames. Large RAW stacks, 16-bit TIFF, and 4× super-resolution can require substantial memory and storage.

请关闭占用大量内存的其他 App，让设备保持凉爽并连接电源，确认有足够的可用存储空间，再尝试减少原片数量或尺寸。大型 RAW 堆栈、16 位 TIFF 与 4× 超分辨率会显著占用内存和空间。

Why do the edges of stacked frames look different?为什么堆栈后画面边缘有所变化？

Frame alignment can shift, rotate, or crop images slightly to match the scene. Moving subjects, large viewpoint changes, focus changes, or inconsistent exposure can create ghosting or edge artifacts. Use frames captured from a stable position with similar exposure when possible.

为匹配场景，对齐过程可能会轻微平移、旋转或裁切画面。运动物体、明显机位变化、对焦变化或曝光差异可能造成重影与边缘瑕疵。建议尽量使用稳定机位和相近曝光拍摄的照片。

Where is my exported image?导出的图片保存在哪里？

If you chose Save to Photos, look in your Apple Photos library and confirm that add permission is enabled. If you used Files or Share, the destination is the folder, app, or person you selected in the system sheet.

若选择“保存到照片”，请在系统照片图库中查找，并确认已开启添加照片权限。若使用“文件”或系统分享菜单，结果会保存在你当时选择的文件夹、App 或联系人位置。

Does Celvion Stack modify my originals?Celvion Stack 会修改原片吗？

No. Original photos and files remain at the source you selected. Celvion Stack creates a new result when you export.
