Celvion Scout is distributed through the App Store under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement. Mandatory law and Apple’s Standard EULA control if there is a conflict.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Celvion Scout, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Using this website means you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
2. License to use the app
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Celvion Scout on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services usage rules. The app is licensed, not sold.
You may not redistribute, resell, bypass security or subscription controls, or reverse engineer the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits those actions.
3. Planning estimates and field safety
Weather, sun and moon positions, terrain horizons, AR alignment, directions, access notes, camera positions, and focal-length guidance are planning estimates. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable because of source data, device sensors, connectivity, landscape changes, closures, or local conditions.
Celvion Scout is not a navigation, emergency, severe-weather, rescue, legal, or safety-warning service. Before traveling, confirm weather, access, permits, tides, hazards, and restrictions with appropriate official or local sources. Follow signs and instructions on site. WeatherKit notice (required by Apple Developer Program License Agreement, Attachment 8, Section 2.2): YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. Apple Weather Data may vary from actual conditions due to variable factors, such as signal issues and geopolitical events, that can affect the accuracy of Apple Weather Data.
4. Your places, plans, and conduct
You keep any rights you have in private locations, notes, and plans you create. You are responsible for using and sharing that content lawfully, respecting privacy, property, cultural protections, copyright, permits, and other applicable rights.
Do not use the app to facilitate trespass, unsafe activity, harassment, illegal surveillance, or other unlawful conduct.
5. Subscriptions and App Store billing
Paid features may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store presents the price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal information before purchase. Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations, and eligible refunds under its terms.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting Celvion Scout does not itself cancel an active subscription. Features and plan availability may vary by region, device, or app version.
6. Third-party services, data, and licenses
Celvion Scout relies on third-party services and data sources for maps, weather, places, terrain, iCloud, and App Store transactions. Those providers may change, limit, or discontinue their services and apply their own terms. Open-source software and data notices appear on the Licenses & Data Sources page.
7. Updates, maintenance, and support
Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued for product, compatibility, security, legal, or provider reasons. The app provider, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or technical support for Celvion Scout.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Celvion Scout and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular trip, composition, or professional result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the app, reliance on planning estimates, lost local data, missed conditions, or third-party services. Nothing here excludes consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Termination and changes
Your license may end if you materially violate these terms. The app provider may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or distribution changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and third-party licenses—remain effective.

四、你的地点、计划与行为
你继续保有对自己创建的私人地点、备注和计划依法享有的权利。 你有责任合法使用和分享这些内容，并尊重隐私、财产权、文化保护、著作权、许可和其他适用权利。
不得使用 App 协助擅闯、危险行为、骚扰、非法监视或其他违法行为。
五、订阅与 App Store 扣费
付费功能可能通过自动续期订阅提供。购买前，App Store 会显示价格、计费周期、试用条款与续期信息。 付款、续期、取消及符合条件的退款均由 Apple 依据其条款处理。
请在 Apple ID 订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。删除 Celvion Scout 本身不会取消有效订阅。 功能和方案可用性可能因地区、设备或 App 版本而异。
六、第三方服务、数据与许可证
Celvion Scout 依赖第三方服务和数据来提供地图、天气、地点、地形、iCloud 与 App Store 交易功能。 提供方可能变更、限制或停止服务，并适用其自身条款。开源软件与数据声明见“许可证与数据来源”页面。
七、更新、维护与支持
因产品、兼容性、安全、法律或服务提供方等原因，功能可能更新、变更或停止。 App 提供方而非 Apple 负责 Celvion Scout 的维护与支持；Apple 没有为本 App 提供维护或技术支持的义务。
八、免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Celvion Scout 与本网站按“现状”和“可用”状态提供， 不承诺永不中断、完全无错误，或适合某次行程、构图或特定专业结果。
在法律允许的最大范围内，App 提供方不对因使用或无法使用 App、依赖规划估算、本地数据丢失、 错过拍摄条件或第三方服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。 本条不排除或限制依法不得排除的消费者权利、法定保证或责任。
九、终止与条款更新
如果你严重违反本条款，使用许可可能终止。App 提供方可能因产品、法律或分发变化更新本条款； 页面顶部的生效日期用于标识当前版本。知识产权、免责声明及第三方许可等依其性质应继续有效的条款， 不因终止而失效。
